We booked Becca as an 'on the day' co-ordinator for our wedding and it was the best money we spent on the wedding. We had a private wedding venue, meaning we had a huge number of suppliers and Becca was brilliant at managing them all both on the day and in advance - it meant we didn't have to worry at all about logistics on the day, or any minor supplier mishaps. Becca was happy to help with absolutely anything to ensure the day was a success. For example, Becca was incredible at putting everything together to make things look good - we had loads of flower arrangements, candles, decorations, signs, tables etc and we were not sure how best to arrange them all - but Becca managed to use all these items to effortlessly make the venue look incredible. In addition, Becca was such a stress-free presence and even when issues occurred she never once made us feel stressed and just calmly dealt with problems. So we would massively recommend Becca to anyone!

"The objective of this 80’s revival event was twofold. We wanted to recreate the atmosphere and enjoyment for all of us who used to attend DJ Steve St.James’s  disco’s in the 80’s, whilst raising much needed funds for a charity close to our hearts, Wycombe Homeless Connection. Rebecca engaged immediately with the brief, meeting with us on numerous occasions and was able to demonstrate a clear understanding at a very early stage, that she understood what we were trying to achieve.
Our choice of venue was to be High Wycombe Town Hall. The initial planning involved negotiating with the venue and with Steve on every detail from the legal, financial and aesthetic requirements of this ambitious event. Ticket sales, marketing, sound and lighting hire, security and catering were just a few of the many things that Rebecca efficiently organised prior to the event. But it didn’t stop there, as Rebecca was on hand at all times during the event to ensure that the evening was a complete success.
Many things impressed us regarding the service that was provided by Rebecca, but the things that stood out were the details that people remembered after the event. On the evening, an official photographer was there to record the event, video and photos then being available on DVD to buy afterwards to further benefit the amount raised for charity. The venue was transformed by graphic displays of 80’s memorabilia, entry glow-in-the-dark wristbands were given to all and classic sweets of the 80’s were placed in jars on every table. Rebecca’s creativity and attention to detail really made this event everything we had hoped for and more. I would thoroughly recommend Rebecca to anyone who needs an event planned in the future. Everything run smoothly on the night and nothing was left to chance, leaving us in confidence to enjoy the event. Brilliant work Rebecca ….. Thank you"
